Our Projects

From sketches to reality - here's what we've been up to lately. Each project tells its own story, and honestly, we're pretty proud of how they turned out.

Lakeshore Residence
Residential

Lakeshore Residence

A net-zero family home that actually feels like home, not a science experiment. We integrated passive solar design with some killer lake views - the clients still send us sunset photos.

Location: Oakville, ON | Year: 2023

Vertex Tech Hub
Commercial

Vertex Tech Hub

Co-working space that ditches the boring cubicle vibe. Green walls everywhere and natural light that actually works.

Downtown Toronto | 2022

The Distillery Lofts
Heritage Restoration

The Distillery Lofts

Turning a 1890s warehouse into luxury living spaces while keeping all that character intact? Yeah, it was tricky. But preserving those original timber beams and brick was totally worth the headache. The heritage committee even complimented us, which doesn't happen often.

Location: Distillery District, Toronto | Year: 2021

Forest Edge Home
Residential

Forest Edge Home

Built on a challenging slope with a bunch of trees we refused to cut down. Sometimes constraints make for the best designs - the cantilevered deck literally hangs over the ravine.

Location: Rosedale, Toronto | Year: 2023

Harvest Kitchen
Commercial

Harvest Kitchen

Farm-to-table restaurant that needed to look the part. Reclaimed barn wood, local stone, and an open kitchen that's basically theater.

King West | 2022

GreenSpace Office
Interior Design

GreenSpace Office

Corporate office renovation with biophilic design. Plants, natural materials, and lots of daylight.

Financial District | 2023

Junction Community Plaza
Urban Planning

Junction Community Plaza

What used to be an ugly parking lot is now the neighborhood's living room. We worked with local residents for months figuring out what they actually wanted - turns out, seating and shade trees win every time.

Location: The Junction, Toronto | Year: 2022

Bloor Street Townhouses
Residential

Bloor Street Townhouses

Infill project squeezing four units where there used to be one. Tight site, tough zoning, but we managed to give each home its own identity and a decent private outdoor space.

Location: High Park Area | Year: 2021

St. Mary's Adaptive Reuse
Heritage Restoration

St. Mary's Adaptive Reuse

Converting a 1920s church into a community arts center. Those stained glass windows stay, obviously.

Leslieville | 2023

Queen West Retail
Commercial

Queen West Retail

Boutique retail space with flexible layout. Large windows, minimal intervention, maximum impact.

Queen West | 2022

Yorkville Penthouse
Interior Design

Yorkville Penthouse

High-end condo renovation mixing contemporary lines with warm, natural textures. Client wanted luxury without the cold, sterile feel.

Yorkville | 2023

Port Credit Waterfront Home
Residential

Port Credit Waterfront Home

Designing for the waterfront means you gotta respect the views and the weather. Floor-to-ceiling glass facing the lake, hardy materials that can handle winter storms, and a roof line that doesn't fight with the horizon.

Location: Port Credit, Mississauga | Year: 2022

Kensington Pedestrian Study
Urban Planning

Kensington Pedestrian Study

Consulting work reimagining streets for people, not just cars. Still in planning stages but looking promising.

Kensington Market | Ongoing
